IHK Apprenticeship Ambassadors
Together with Sven Bentz from the IHK Kiel, our apprentices participated in an in-house training to qualify as Apprenticeship Ambassadors. In the future, they will visit school classes to share insights about their vocational training and daily work life. In doing so, they help provide students with guidance in choosing a career and offer a glimpse into the diverse opportunities that vocational training can provide. We are proud of the commitment of our apprentices and delighted that they represent EDUR externally!
Completion of apprenticeship 2024
Congratulations to Niklas Schmidt, Hannes Naujok and Michel Krüger on completing their apprenticeships! All three have successfully completed their apprenticeships as industrial mechanic, technical product designer and cutting machine operator and will now continue to support our team!

We congratulate our former apprentices Neele, Manuel and Enrico, who successfully completed their final exams as industrial clerk, industrial mechanic and cutting machine operator. Another reason to be happy: All three have decided to strengthen our team in the future and to stay with EDUR!
EDUR is "TOP training company"
The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in Kiel has honored us as a "TOP training company". In the past 20 years, we have successfully trained 71 apprentices in the professions of industrial clerk, industrial mechanic and cutting machine operator.
The Kiel Chamber of Industry and Commerce awards the "TOP Training Company" title to six training companies each year. The board selects the award winners from suggestions made by the training consultants. Aspects such as support for weaker young people, training premises and support for particularly talented trainees are taken into account in the decision-making process.
