Multistage Inline Pumps
Multistage inline pumps from EDUR stand out due to their compact and vertical design. They are especially used in applications where high pumping pressures are needed.
Fields of Application and Conveyed Fluids
EDUR-multistage inline pumps are applied within water technology, cooling technology, energy technology, industrial cleaning technology and in other industry branches. They are especially used where higher pumping pressures are required for conveying pure or slightly contaminated liquids.
Variants of the Multistage EDUR-Inline Pump
We offer high-quality multistage inline pumps with our CV and ECV series. The stainless steel pumps are manufactured in vertical design. The shaft seal is obtainable as single or double-acting mechanical seal. As required, we deliver customer-specific configurations. Of course, we also provide certificates of all authorized classification societies and necessary test reports.
Advantages
As all EDUR-pumps, multistage inline pumps stand out due to their efficiency, economy and reliability. Moreover, further product advantages are outlined below:
- Axial thrust-free, open or load-relieved, closed impellers
- Compensation of radial forces due to diffuser elements in the ring housing
- Low NPSH values
- Excellent control behavior
- Optimized size of pressure nozzle for low pipe friction losses and velocity head difference
- Protection against dry running
- Application in vacuum operation
- Wide range of connections (flange, clamp, and others)
- Optional sensor-based operation monitoring
- Easy installation
- Easy maintenance
