Two focal points in EDUR after-sales services are both efficient repair as well as smooth delivery of spare parts in order to minimise potential downtimes at our customers’ plants. In compliance with the custom-fit design of our pumps, we focus on high quality, speed and explicit application know-how.

In order to provide our customers with replacement / spare parts in case of need and on short notice, we have all relevant parts in stock. Therefore, we permanently check our stocks by means of an intelligent inventory management system to offer our customers quick delivery times.
